My friend Char up in northern Taiwan has a word for 2012 -ASK, and she wants to learn more from others. I think my word for 2012 can be SEEK, as I seek direction and seek God's will. "Keep asking and it will be given to you. Keep searching (seeking) and you will find. Keep knocking and the door will be opened to you. " Matthew 7:7 (HCS) And Matt 6:33-34: "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

Glad you were inspired! I love the picture you found too, it's really fun. Maybe Amanda will be "knock" and we can have a fun little blog trio haha! As I searched for bible verses with my word in them, I found a lot. I'm guessing seek will be the same. The one the comes to mind is "You will find me when you seek me with your whole heart"
